Metis Funding Solutions (MFS)
MFS is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of business funding solutions. A business with 2 people but with an ambitious growth plan.
Issue:
The business has grown well from existing customers, word of mouth referrals and a small group of referrers. No marketing activity to existing or new customers. MFS invest in a relevant database but this is completely underused. Aware need to invest in marketing but not sure where to start.
Solution:
A marketing strategy outlined the foundations required – compile a customer list (existing and new from database) by sector and service. In order to target new clients, the website was updated taking the customer journey into consideration and tailored marketing materials were developed for MFS introduction meetings. A marketing plan included an email campaign, direct mail and gifting aimed at existing and new clients to encourage visitors to website to cross sell services and introduce MFS to them.
