Odstock Medical Ltd (OML)
A leading provider of Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) treatment, devices and training. Their audience is healthcare professionals (NHS and private) and the end user.
Issue:
Very low awareness of the product, who and how it can help. OML wants to retain its leading market position. Any marketing materials which exist are outdated and bland. The product offering is not simple and has multiple permutations with target audience and location. Minimal communication or marketing to current or new patients/referrers.
Solution:
Create a full FES awareness plan to engage with new patients/family members or healthcare professionals. This plan included an advertising plan to key audiences, full exhibition programme and event management of OML’s clinician forum. In order to support the awareness plan a range of new marketing materials were created – new website, exhibition display stands, suite of tailored awareness materials and patient video stories. Plus email, LinkedIn and twitter campaigns to target existing and new patients/healthcare professionals.
